I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, being right in the middle of the famous attractions in this city. It was just a short walk to the tram and metro stations, making it easy to explore. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, with the room being cleaned and replenished daily. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a nice variety of choices. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, location close to famous attractions, breakfast.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as guests mentioned being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I had a great stay at Pisa Hotel recently. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the tram and metro stations. The room wasnice and neat, and I was impressed with the daily replenishment of consumables. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.
